Watch: Incredible Footage of Humpback Whales in the Waters Off Saint Martin
If you haven’t been back to Saint Martin because you’re waiting for them to “rebuild”, I have some news for you. First, much of the island has undergone a rebirth — due to the hurricane, of course — and the result is something that has to be seen to really be felt, understood, and appreciated. Second, the nature of and around this tiny island has bloomed and it’s never been more strikingly beautiful.
As further proof of the latter statement, a local owner of Captainjo Boat Charter, Johann Pidoux, posted some incredible footage on Facebook of a few humpback whales swimming in the waters just off Saint Martin over the weekend. Words don’t do this footage justice, so just watch for yourself, relax, enjoy, repeat.
