Watch: Incredible Time-Lapse Video of Hurricane Irma From Sonesta Maho Resort (Video/Photos)
I have to be completely honest, I’d never heard of Jonathan Falwell before Hurricane Irma hit the island of St. Maarten/St. Martin. Well, it turns out that he was staying at the Sonesta Maho Beach Resort when the hurricane hit. If you haven’t already, head over to his Twitter page and check on some of the photos and updates he’s posted.
Below is a time lapse video from Jonathan that he filmed with a GoPro that he’d mounted in his room before heading to the shelter. He later found the camera outside the hotel. If you scroll down you will also see photos he took during and after the hurricane.
