Carnival is a time for colorful outfits, and lots of fun and celebration. Thankfully, a good friend of mine and local resident, Jason Brisebois, is armed with a drone and some mad flying and editing skills. He combed the street celebrations with his wife Niki dressed in full costume and shot some great footage.
